This tests leftsourceip= setting when the last IPsec SA expires.
Currently, the route is not deleted, causing packet flow issues.
This happens when phase 1 is still up but phase 2 is down, on the receiver
side. West is using netkey for this.

East is configured to have a tunnel to the sunset network.
Sunset is alive on the westnet.

east will use internal IP to talk to sunset.
